We implemented user customisation options throughout this popular site - the web presence of a business mailing list with over 45,000 subscribers.
Every subscriber to the mailing list was issued with a password for the site, allowing them to easily manage their list subscriptions and giving personalized access to new areas of the site.
We adapted the Phorum bulletin board software to integrate with the user database and added several new features as part of the Free Pint "Bar" discussion forum, now sponsored by Factiva.
Many other features have been added to the site, including a recruitment database, mailing list manager and business reports catalogue with instant online ordering.
