GP1 Supercar Club

GP1 Supercar Club www.gp1.co.uk GP1 is an exclusive supercar club, offering members access to a fleet of 20 sports cars and luxury automobiles. In exchange for an annual membership fee, the club takes care of the financial costs associated with supercar ownership, leaving members free to enjoy their driving time.

GP1 - Beyond the Supercar Club

Lightwood developed a fleet management system and booking engine which tracks the availability and maintenance requirements of each vehicle.

The system is used by reservations staff to enter bookings and to monitor the membership points and mileage allowance available to each member.

Although bookings must be made by telephone, members have access to a cut-down version of the booking system where they can see upcoming availability of the vehicles

When cars are returned, the system tracks mileage and any repair work necessary, with the latter being automatically billed to the member if appropriate.

The system generates printable invoices and integrates with a Sage accounting system.
