Study ITIL has been created by Helix SMS Ltd. Helix is an ISEB-accredited Training Organisation, with over 10 years experience of delivering successful classroom-based ITIL training.

Through Study ITIL, they are now able to expand our delivery for those for whom classroom training is inappropriate. By exploiting the latest developments in e-learning, they offer a rich learning environment, where topics may be studied at a pace and order controlled by the individual student. Frequent quizzes enable students to check their understanding, and feel confident before moving on to another topic.

Lightwood was hired to make a number of customisations to off-the-shelf software in order to make those products a better fit for the client's needs.

In particular, the modifications enable secure payment and instant activation for online course material, based on the Joomla content management system and Moodle Virtual Learning Environment.
